It appears that the landscape painting tool is not correctly taking into account deleted landscape sections, resulting in artifacts inside of the weight textures.
1. Download the Licensee's test project and open:
https://udn.unrealengine.com/s/contentdocument/069QP00000EHltiYAD
2. Enter Landscape Edit Mode -> Paint.
3. Paint on the edges of the landscape with the brush overlapping the edge into the deleted sections. (These edges already have paining on/near them)
4. Observe the artifacts that appear around the painted area.
5. Paint along the edges of the landscape that are not deleted sections, and in the middle.
6. Observe the lack of artifacts. (These edges are not painted)
