If the user creates an animation in UMG the animation preview will play the entire visible timeline when the user clicks play (not just the part of the time line that has animations).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor
  2. Create a new widget blueprint
  3. Add a button to the designer tab
  4. Create a new animation
  5. Add an animation to move the button from left to right over 3 seconds
  6. Set the animation to loop
  7. Play the animation
  8. Notice that the scrub bar runs the length of the animation timeline

Expected: The looping animation would only include the section of the timeline that is being used
Result: The preview runs the length of the visible timeline
