When there is a physical material mask asset that has been created and applied to a mesh in the level without having a texture source imported yet, and then "ShowFlag.PhysicalMaterialMasks" is enabled, it will cause an editor crash due to a NULL material render proxy.
1. Open the example project "PMM_Crash" provided by the licensee (see addl info URL).
2. Place the "SM_Crash" static mesh into the level (it has the material already applied)
3. Use the CVAR "ShowFlag.PhysicalMaterialMasks 1" in the console.
4. Observe the editor crashing.
