ARKit - Handheld AR Template Experiences Periodic Hitches when Quick Launched

Reproduced 3/3 times. Regression testing in progress.

Issue was reproduced on both Windows and MacOS launching onto iOS. Issue does not reproduce when packaging and installing an .ipa app.

1. Connect an iOS device to your machine
2. Create a new Handheld AR Template
3. Open the Platforms tab > Quick Launch onto iOS device
   • If on Windows, setup for remote build (see additional Info URL)

Result: Launched app experiences a hitch about every second

Expected Result: Launched app runs smoothly
