Regression: In UE4.10, the border that now occurs around New Editor Window causes window to extend beyond native screen resolution designated in Editor Preferences causing the window to 1) Not be centered and 2) Not be full screen, which is a disadvantage to UI designers (According to user who posted bug.) This did not occur in Previous versions of the Engine.
1. Open any Project in UE 4.10
2. In Editor Preferences/Play/ select "Always center window to screen" and select your monitor's native resolution for Window Width and Height
3. In Editor, select New Editor Window (PIE)
RESULT: Border around New Editor Window causes window to extend beyond native screen resolution designated in Editor Preferences causing the window to 1) Not be centered and 2) Not enter fullscreen
EXPECTED: Window to enter fullscreen centered without border at the designated resolution set in Editor Preferences
