Description

When trying to record a movie from a matinee in 4.10, it can fail for a number of reasons:

1. The folder does not exist
2. The cinematic view modes do not take effect
3. Trying to record a streaming level does not work.

This is due to some bad merges of the moviescenecapture module into 4.10 from the sequencer branch. We need to fix these in 4.10 whilst maintaining binary compatibility.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open up QA-Matinee, and open the movie capture dialog
2. Choose an output directory that doesn't exist (ie C:\NonExistent)
3. Hit Capture

> Result: Capture process hangs and does not capture any frames
> Expected: Directory to be created, and frames captured

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Create a new level called Inner.
2. Add some matinee animation with a director track to 'Inner'
3. Create a new level called Outer, and add Inner to it (Windows->Levels)
4. Open up the previously created matinee, and click create movie on the toolbar.
5. Ensure settings match the attached screenshot
6. Capture the movie
7. During the capture, try and move the player around

> Result: Director track does not take effect (active camera is the pawn), input movement and rotation affects the camera.
> Expected: Camera specified in the matinee director track should be active, no input events should affect the camera
