Line height for text boxes does not appear to be affected by scaling when using a scale box

When scaling text with a scale box the letter will begin to overlap when scaled up or become really far apart when scaling down (this is referring to the space between the top and bottom of the letters and the distance to the lines of text above and below themselves).

1. Open a the editor
2. Create a new widget blueprint
3. Add a scale box
4. Add a size box to the scale box
5. Add text to the Size box
6. Set the max size to 300 (width and height)
7. Type lots of text with spaces included (Example: ;jlka ;lkadjf ;lakdfj ;lakdjf a;lkdjf lkjkl;jsdflk;j d jlk;fkjl ;fdj lk;sdfjlk; sdfjk l; (<---Repeat))
8. Change the size of the scale box
9. Notice that the vertical space between lines are inconsistent

Expected: The vertical distance would maintain a relative distance to was is shown by default
Result: The vertical distance causes overlap or large gaps
