Description

This user made a github pull request: [Link Removed] but it was auto rejected. I think that we can consider taking their fixes, but keeping it disabled by default.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Set the AllowAsyncRenderThreadUpdatesEditorGameWorld and AllowAsyncRenderThreadUpdatesEditor  CVars to true in your config
  2. Run any 3D content in Play-In-Enditor (PIE) with insights trace
     

Result: Thread safety issues (crashes) and serial work in end of frame for dynamic render state work.
