Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the TP_FirstPerson project
  2. Add a Scalar modifier with values of 1.0 in the IMC_Default Asset
  3. Create a new IMC asset, IMC_ADS, and add a binding to IA_Look bound to mouse XY 2D-Axis.
  4. Add a scalar modifier to this mapping with values of 100.
  5. Apply this IMC in response to something else, like when you right click.
  6. PIE
  7. ADS

Bug: The sensitivity is not increased to 100, it instead uses the same default instead of being more sensitive
