Foliage icons do not grey out when set to inactive

Foliage icons do not grey out when set to inactive through the foliage mode window.

Note This error occurs in 4.11 and 4.12, but is responding as expected in 4.10.4 (icon is greyed out)

Regression (No) issue (does) occur in 4.11.2

1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Open Modes>Foliage mode
3. Add any static mesh to foliage mode window
4. Hoover over mesh in foliage mode>uncheck checkbox to de-activate

Results

Icon does not grey out to show that the asset is no longer active.

Expected

Icon appears grey to show that the asset is no longer active.
