Must use "-AllowCommandletRendering"
Lighting build isn't saved when using -run=resavepackages and -buildlighting
1. Create a third person template project
2. Move one of the meshes in the level and save (do not build lighting)
3. launch the project with the following arguments:
ThirdPersonExampleMap -run=resavepackages -buildlighting
4. Let the log window finish and close
5. Re-open the project and see if the lighting is updated
Result: Lighting builds, but does not save
Expected: Lighting is updated when you re-open the project
