The description of projects packaged is defaulting to Unreal Engine. This is happening in development and shipping builds on Windows.
Occurring in: 4.10.4, 4.11.2, 4.12.5, 4.13.1 and 4.13.2
1. Create a new project
2. Package for Development or Shipping
3. Run the packaged project
4. Right-click the project icon on the task bar
5. Right-click Unreal Engine
6. Select Properties
Result: Description is Unreal Engine instead of the Project name
Expected Result: The description should be the project name (or description) not default to Unreal Engine
