Description

When creating a device profile that sets specific cvars for the ipad pro. They don't seem to be loaded or used in a launched game or in a packaged game.

While testing in 4.10 if I changed the IOS device profile (there is no ipad pro profile by default) to have cvar "r.MobileContentScaleFactor = .5" and then launched, it would successfully change resolution. This didn't work in 4.11 using the same steps and workflow.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Blank 4.14 Binary Project via launcher
  2. In the default map level BP add a print string that fires on event begin play
  3. Open the device profile manager by clicking window drop down at the top > developer tools > device profiles
  4. Open IOS and ipad pro device profiles and add a rendering cvar "r.MobileContentScaleFactor"
  5. set the value to .5 or something very obvious then click "save as default" in the device profile window
  6. Launch to your device

RESULT
There is no change in the resolution and the cvar doesn't get applied

EXPECTED
The cvar gets applied and the resolution is very low causing the print string text to be very large.
