Description

After enabling forward shading and disabling "Support Stationary Skylight" opening a static mesh in the static mesh editor will crash the engine.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open Blank Project
  2. Enable "Forward Shading" and Disable "Support Stationary Skylight" restart
  3. Wait for shaders to finish compiling
  4. Select floor mesh in default scene and attempt to open in static mesh editor

RESULT
The editor crashes while opening mesh.

EXPECTED
The mesh opens in the static mesh editor.
