Child Actor Components are not being destroyed on clients when Destroy Actor is called on the Actor containing the Child Actor Component.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project
  2. Play with 2 players in PIE

Result: The Child Actor Component is destroyed on the server, but not on the client.

Expected: The Child Actor Component would be destroyed on both the server and the client.
