The instructions to add a new parameter on event dispatchers in My Blueprints is out of date.

The "Inputs" section in the details panel states "Please Press the + Icon Above to Add Parameters," but there is not a "+" icon above. There is now a "New" button to create a parameter.

1. Create a new blank project
2. Go to the blueprints dropdown > open level blueprint
3. In the My Blueprints panel > add an Event Dispatcher
4. In the details panel > Inputs > press the + icon to add a parameter

Results: The text reads to "press a + icon to create a parameter," however to create a new parameter there is now a "New" button.

Expected: The text to read "press the new button to create a parameter."
