Description

Changing a constraint setting on a physics asset while PIE doesn't automatically update the skeletal mesh actor in the level that is using it.

If the user changes a setting that does cause a phys asset refresh, then the constraint settings will be updated.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open QAGame in editor.
  2. Add SK_Mannequin_PhysicsAsset to the level.
  3. Open the physics asset.
  4. Play in viewport.
  5. While playing, change any setting on a constraint (setting all Linear Limits to free is pretty obvious for example).

RESULT

Actor in the level is not updated.

WORKAROUND

Change a setting on a body, which causes the physics asset to refresh.
