Description

With HTML 5 Packages you cannot use the windows clipboard to paste things into the text box. This issue does not occur with other builds of the project. This issue does not appear to be a regression

Versions Tested: Issue occurs in all versions tested
4.16.3 - CL: 3561208
4.17.1 - CL: 3586342
4.18 - CL: 3641171

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project (no template or starter content needed)
  2. Create a new widget blueprint > name it "Widget_BP" > open Widget_BP
  3. Add a Text Box to the Canvas panel > Set the font size to 64 and make the text box large
  4. In the level blueprint create Widget_BP > add it to the viewport and show the mouse cursor
  5. Launch for HTML 5 (either Chrome or Firefox)
  6. Once the HTML version of the project opens, copy the URL
  7. Use CTRL + V to paste the URL into the text box
Result: In Chrome, pasting does not paste anything, In Firefox pasting only prints the letter V
Expected Result: The URL should be pasted in the text box
