Multi-line text is not an option for arrays of text

When using the Multi-line option for a text variable, this option is no longer present when the variable becomes an array. It is unsure if this is intended behavior or not. This issue does not appear to be a regression.

4.16.3 - CL: 3561208 - Issue present
4.17.1 - CL: 3586342 - Issue present
4.18 - CL: 3641171 - Issue present

1. Create a new project (no template or starter content needed)
2. Create a new actor class blueprint > Name it Test_BP > Open Test_BP
3. Add a new Text variable to the blueprint > name it TextVar
4. In the details panel for the variable click the expanding arrow and select the option for multi-line (expected)
5. Change the variable type to an array
6. Expand the options once again
   Result: The Multi-line option is no longer present
   Expected Result: The Multi-line option is present
