Unable to use wrap with or replace with for widget components that are children of an expandable area component

With the expandable area widget component, you are unable to use the wrap with or replace with for widget components. This issue does not appear to be a regression.

Versions Tested: Issue occurs in all versions

4.18P2 - CL: 3660543

1. Create a new project (No template or starter content needed)
2. Create a new widget blueprint > Name it TestWidget > Open Test Widget
3. Add an expandable are component and then expand its children in the hierarchy
4. Add a text block to the header
5. Right-click the Text block and select the wrap with option and select overlay
   Result: The Text block does not get wrapped with the overlay
   Expected Result: The text block gets wrapped with the overlay
