Spinbox displays values that differ from the value of the delta

Spinbox displays values that differ from the value of the delta, when values are displayed for a spinbox their value always reads in the 0.000001 values, instead of listening to the delta. Unsure if this is intended behavior. This issue does not appear to be a regression.

Versions Tested: Issue occurs in all versions tested

3. Change the value of the sliders for each
   Result: Every spinbox display text always displays 0.000001 values, instead of listening to delta
   Expected Result: Spinbox display text listens to the value of the delta when displaying a value
