Changing the font size to a small size distorts the font

There is issue occurring when changing the font size to a small size, doing this distorts the font when the size is below size 18. It is unknown if this intended behavior for how fonts are resized. This issue does not appear to be a regression.

1. Create a new project ( No template or starter content needed)
2. Import the font provided and in the option box that appears, click the "Yes to all" button
3. Create a new widget > name it WidgetBP > Open WIdgetBP
4. Add a Textblock to the widget and in the details panel set the font to size 18 and the font style to the imported font
5. For the text set the sentence to "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" (expected)
6. Change the font size to 6
   Result: There are distortions in the text font
   Expected Result: There are no distortions in the text font
