Description

Multiple users have reported an issue where their packaged games are freezing after an indeterminate period of time. The reproduction steps and logs of each user are different but the reproduction steps given are for the project provided. The issue in this particular project is caused by the TickGroup being set to TG_PostUpdateWork on one of the actors. If this is not set, the issue does not occur.

Regression?: Not entirely sure. Unable to reproduce without projects provided by users but they report that this did not start occurring until 4.17

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the project in the description
  2. Generate project files, compile, and package the project for Win64 Development
  3. Run multiple instances of the packaged game (6 or so should be enough)
  4. Monitor the framerate counter on the instances to see if they have frozen
    Result: After a short time, at least one of the processes will freeze. All will freeze if left there long enough
    Expected: None of the processes freeze
