Collisions only transform properly on the Y axis when set at an angle. Scaling on the X & Z axis causes the collision to not cover initially set areas on the parent object. As stated by the licensee it is believed that the collision is scaled locally instead of the parent object.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Load up a blank project with starter content
  2. Open up the SM_Stairs mesh
  3. Add a Box simplified collision to the stairs. Rotate and scale it to make a ramp on the steps
  4. Save and add it to the scene
  5. Scale the X-axis up

Result: The collision box isn't scaled to the stairs
Expected: The collision box scales to the stairs object instead of local scaling
