Spawned actors do not stay attached following the method above when the Sequence is saved and reopened

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project in 4.18
  2. Create a new level Sequence
  3. Drag in two different basic static mesh actors (such as a cube and a sphere)
  4. Add the Cube and the Sphere to the Level Sequence
  5. Convert the Cube and Sphere to Spawnable
  6. Attach Sphere to Cube by (Right click Sphere < attach to < Cube)
  7. Move Cube around to see that the assets are attached
  8. Save Sequence
  9. Reopen the Sequence and see that the actors are no longer attached

Expected: Actors stay attached
Results: Actors do not stay attached to each other
