Crash occurs when opening child (or in the repro case, grandchild) blueprints after convert their project to 4.18.

This can still be reproduced in 4.18.1 and latest 4.18.2

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download and extract the project.
  2. Open the project in editor.
  3. Open the blueprint Test1_Child.
