Win64 - Unplugging audio device causes game to freeze.

Log is spammed with messages like the following after the device is removed:

[2017.11.30-19.38.32:716][386]LogAudio: Warning: Waited 69.495094ms for audio thread.

Issue occurs when packaged in Development, Shipping, and DebugGame.

Could be related to: UE-50720.

Issue did not occur in 4.17.2 or 4.18.1

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a FirstPerson template project
  2. File > Package Project > Windows > Win 64
  3. Plugin a pair of headphones
  4. Run the packaged game
  5. Unplug your headphones

Result: Unplugging headphones results in a freeze while playing Win 64 games.
