Detail Panel Favorites cause many settings to be duplicated or shown when they aren't normally

Enabling the "Enable Details Panel Favorites" experimental setting causes some details that were not previously shown to appear. In version 4.18 and onward, it also causes these new details to have duplicate entries.

This occurred in 4.17

1. Create a new project
2. Create a Behavior Tree asset
3. Drag off the Root node's bottom and create a Selector
4. Drag off the Selector node's bottom and create a Run EQS Query
5. Click the Run EQS Query and take note of the details panel entries
6. Close the Behavior Tree
7. Open Editor Preferences > Experimental and enable "Enable Details Panel Favorites"
8. Reopen the Behavior Tree and select Run EQS Query
   Result: In 4.17, there are additional details shown. In 4.18 and onward, there are additional details and they have duplicate entries
   Expected: The details shown have not changed
