4.17: The preview mesh disappears entirely when the name of the preview asset is changed

When a preview asset is applied to a socket, and the socket is renamed, the preview asset becomes detached from the socket. The socket also centers to the root bone and remains in the skeleton editor even when it is closed out and reopened. Mesh can not be selected and deleted.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new Third Person Project
  2. Open skeleton editor for the UE Mannequin
  3. Add a socket to a bone (eg. hand_l)
  4. Add a preview asset to the socket
  5. See socket is connected to the preview mesh and if moved the socket will be stretched
  6. Rename the socket
  7. See socket disappears temporarily , mesh gos to root bone and becomes detached/unavailable in the Skeleton Tree

Expected: Socket can be renamed without affecting the preview mesh
Results: When the sockets name is changed, the preview mesh gos to root bone and is no longer editable, stays visible in editor even if skeleton editor is closed and reopened and still remains detached from socket
