To work around this issue
The editor stalls out at 45% while opening to the project browser. This is occurring on machines with Windows 7 and 10. I tried using VS attach to process but it didn't provide very much. Opening the editor from a console resulted in "'XGEControlWorker.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Disabling r.XGEShaderCompile = 1 in the ConsoleVariables.ini has loaded the engine.
