Description

-Changing the location transform using Additive Layer Tracks is not visible when PIE and instead only visible in the Animation Preview. This only occurs when keying the location but not with scale or rotation.
-Tried with playing the animation as well as an animation Blueprint
-Using Additive Layer Tracks
-Location plays in the Animation Preview Window but not in PIE
-All transforms update in the animation's thumbnail

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a ThirdPerson project
  2. Open one of the mannequin's animations
  3. Select one of the bones
  4. Move the Location and add a key
  5. Apply and Save
  6. PlE and see there is not transform applied to the mannequin but the thumbnail of the animation that you altered has changed to match what you have altered
  7. Repeat the steps above with the scale and rotate transforms and see that these save but moving the location does not

Expected: Location transform can be keyed and seen when PIE in a similar manner such as scale and rotate

Results: Scale and rotation can be altered and seen in PIE, but changing and keying the location of a bone can not
