Live Link Tab Displays "Unrecognized Tab" On Open of Project

Description

When reopening a project that has Live Link docked to the editor's tab, the Live Link tab reads as "unrecognized tab"

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project
  2. Enable the Live Link Plugin
  3. Restart as prompted
  4. Open the Live Link window (Window < Live Link)
  5. Doc the window to the Editor Tab (See attached Screenshot)
  6. Save
  7. Reopen the project
  8. See the Live Link tab on open

Results: Live Link tab is "unrecognized"
Expected: Live Link tab has its standard layout and loads in normally
