When connecting C++ created event dispatcher, the Target node will not accept reference to other actors. This is happening in 4.6 and Main but is working as intended in 4.5.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open UE4 Editor (any project)
2. Add Trigger volume to the level
3. Create a reference to the trigger volume in the Level BP
4. Drag off from the reference pin and add a "Bind Event to OnActorBeginOverlap" node
