Description

Backstops show up to be larger than the clothing asset when an asset is imported at a scale other than 1.0 and a clothing assets is created and applied

Inconsistent in 4.18 but consistent in 4.19

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached asset
  2. Create an empty project
  3. Import the attached asset (as skeletal mesh)
  4. Change the Import Uniform Scale to be other than 1.0 (used 2.0 for this)
  5. Import
  6. Open the mesh
  7. for 4.18(Show < Clothing < Check off Backstops) for 4.19(Character < Clothing < Backstops)
  8. Section Selection < Select the plane
  9. Right Click < Create Clothing Data from Selection
  10. Change the physics asset to the one for the plane
  11. Create the asset (Don't select Remove from Mesh)
  12. Right click < apply clothing data
  13. See the backstops are larger than the asset

Expected: The backstops are the same size as the asset

Results: The backstops are much larger than the asset and floating above it(even when the cloth paint tool has not been used)
