Anim Slot Manager Options Disappear When "Use Small Tool Bar Icons" is Enabled in Editor Preferences

When Use Small Tool Bar Icons option is checked in Editor Preferences, the icons for Save, Add Slot, and Add Group in the Anim Slot Manager are not longer visible but register as still there and remain usabled

Below are screenshots of before Use Small Tool Bar Icons is enabled and after it is enabled
(Taken in 4.17.2 but looks the same throughout the other versions)

1. Create a new Third Person project
2. Open ThirdPerson_AnimBP
3. Open Window < Anim Slot Manager
4. Notice the icons on the Slot Manager(Save, Add Slot, Add Group)
5. Edit < Open Editor Preferences
6. See General < Appearance
7. Under User Interface check the box for Use Small Tool Bar Icons
8. Go back to the ThirdPerson_AnimBP and see icons for the Anim Slot Manager are no longer visible but are still there (hover over the top bar of the window and they will highlight/click on them and you will be able to create new slots etc.)

Expected: Icons do not completely disappear but register as still being there
Results: Icons are still usable but completely disappear
