Description

-When imported into 4.17.2 the 30fps animation had 42 frames. In any engine version after the animation has 17 frames
-The 60 FPS animation only has 7 frames in all engine version

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached FBX files (One is exported out of Maya 2016 at 60fps and is 42 frames and one at 30fps that is 42 frames)
  2. Import them into an empty project
  3. Attached screenshot is of import settings
  4. See the frame numbers on each animation
  5. See the 30 FPS animation has 17 frames does not have 42 frames
  6. See the 60 FPS animation has only 7 frames

Expected: Animations have the same number of frames(42) on import into Unreal that they were set to have on export from Maya(2016)

Results: Animations do not have the same number of frames(42) on import into Unreal that they were set to have on export from Maya(2016)
