Mesh changes location in the editor and mesh editor when it is reimported through the mesh editor

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. Open project and export SM_grass001
  3. Open static mesh SM_grass001
  4. Reimport static mesh SM_grass001 while in the mesh editor(Asset < Reimport SM_grass001)
  5. See location of grass changes in the mesh editor and in the editor

Expected: Mesh does not change location in the editor or mesh editor when asset is reimported

Result: Mesh changes location in the editor and the mesh editor when asset is reimported
