HLOD generation level (HLOD_TEST_EDIT.umap) of CheckMap "HLOD_TEST_CLASH.umap" in "HLOD_TEST.umap" is prepared because a new cluster can not be created (HLOD can not be created) if it is in a game level hierarchy Then, create HLOD.
After creating HLOD, create additional cluster in "HLOD_TEST_EDIT.umap", open "HLOD_TEST_CLASH.umap" and crash when launching hierarchical outliner.
