Curve Editor help documentation opens up to a 404 error page

When selecting the Help documentation for the curve editor, it brings up a 404 error page rather than the actual curve editor documentation page. 

• Create a new project in 4.18.3 
• Right-click in the Content Browser and select "Miscellaneous" > "Curve"
• Double-click "Curve" to open it > select Help on the top > select "Browse Curve Asset Editor Documentation"

Results: The help documentation selection for the curve editor opens up a 404 error page.

Expected Results: The help documentation selection for the curve editor to open up into the curve editor documentation page.
