Material Instance parameters (that derive from parents using material functions) can have their data shifted or not saved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open materialinstancebug test project
2. Open Test_Mat_Inst
3. Save a value in "TRYSAVEME"
4. Close and Reopen Test_Mat_Inst
5. Observe that Saved value has moved to the variable above it

In materialinstancebug2, value is not saved at all.
