Description

An event at frame 0 of a sequence does not seem to get called when using "SetPlaybackPosition 0" to reset the playback position to the start.

This seems to be a regression. 4.17.2, the frame 0 events get triggered correctly even when using SetPlaybackPosition.  But using the same project in 4.18/4.19 events do not get called.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. The project contains a shot that has an event key at frame 0, and a master sequence that contains this shot and has an event key at frame 0(and blueprint to print these events)
  3. Press 1 to call the shot, and Press 3 to call the master sequence: the frame 0 event(s) get called correctly
  4. Press 2/4 to test "SetPlaybackPosition 0" version of the playback - the event(s) will not get triggered
