Description

Attempting to edit the "Collision Enabled" setting of a primitive component while the owner's collision is disabled results in no changes.

This occurs in 4.18

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Note that the CollisionTest blueprint attempts to disable collision on the Cube component after disabling the actor's collision
  3. Press Play to start PIE
  4. Select the CollisionTest blueprint in the World Outliner
  5. Check the collision settings of the Cube component
    Result: The collision is still set to Collision Enabled
    Expected: The collision is set to No Collision
