[ CATIA ] Datasmith Error importing part from CATIA v5

When importing the attached CATIAv5-file Screw.CATpart via Datasmith, The following error is recieved:

LogDatasmithImport: Warning: Failed to import '../../../../../../Screw.CATPart'. Failed to create asset 'Screw'. Please see Output Log for details.

If importing the assembly, Product1.CATproduct, the screw is not imported either and there is no message, that the screw could not be imported

When testing in 4.19.2(CL-4033788) it just imports the Datasmith Scene Import Data for both and nothing else.

1. Download the attached .CATPart and .CATProduct files
2. Open the UE4 Editor and create a blank Unreal Studio Project
3. Switch to the CAD Importer and import the downloaded files

Results: "Failed to create asset" error is received for Screw.CATPart. The assembly Product1.CATproduct is not imported either but there is no error message

Expected: Both files import successfully
