Description

Using Attach To Component and Detach From Component with the Keep World option for the Location/Rotation/Scale rules does not replicate properly to clients. This does work when using AttachToActor and DetachFromActor however.

This occurred in 4.19

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Change number of players to 2 for PIE settings
  3. Press play
  4. On the client, approach one of the two cubes under the "Attach to Component - Broken" text and press E when it is in the red sphere component to attach it.
  5. Move some and then press E again to detach it.
    Result: The cube disappears for the client but is placed in the correct spot for the Server
    Expected: The server and client see the cube in the same spot.
