Description

When using checked PhysX builds, landscapes with holes generate errors when they shouldn't.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Enable bUseCheckedPhysXLibraries in TargetRules.cs
  2. Open/Create a Project with a Landscape
  3. Using the visibility tool, create holes in the landscape

[Result:] LogPhysics: Error: PHYSX: ...\Engine\Source\ThirdParty\PhysX3\PhysX_3.4\Source\PhysX\src\NpShape.cpp 781) eINVALID_PARAMETER : Shape creation: PxHeightField material indices reference more materials than provided!

[Expected:] No Error
