Description

The Editor will hang when using Russian characters for a text variable in a Blueprint. It seems to occur when using the character "л" is used. Only seems to occur once in a project.

Found in 4.19 CL# 4033788, 4.20 CL# 4369336, 4.22 CL# 4421506

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the Editor
  2. Create a Actor Blueprint
  3. Create a Text variable
  4. Compile Blueprint
  5. Change to a Russian Keyboard
  6. Type the phrase: Привет мир жлцуд

Results:
The Editor will hang due to an ensure

Expected:
The ensure would not occur
