Debug Canvas Layer blurry on mobile.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. In level Blueprint setup debug overlays (Stat unit/fps, printstring on tick etc)
  2. Play in editor to verify console commands are working
  3. Deploy to Mobile VR (Go/Gear/Daydream) 

(to repro in 4.20 enable "Debug Canvas in Layer" in Project Settings)

Result: debug layer is blurry / items are located in periphery
