Description

Using the maximum resolution available on the monitor for windowed mode results in the window overtaking the Windows taskbar.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a Blueprint project
  2. Open up the Level Blueprint and add the following to the Event BeginPlay
    1. Get Game User Settings
    2. Set Screen Resolution (1924x1080)
    3. Set Fullscreen Mode (Windowed)
    4. Apply Settings
  3. Run in Standalone mode or package the project and run it

 

Result: The game window will cover up the Windows taskbar even though its running in windowed mode.

 

Expected. The game window will not cover the taskbar as if it was a fullscreen application.
