Force Feedback appears to run in the background on some android devices

Description

When forcing the app to the background the force feedback will continue on some android devices. This was reproduced on the samsung nexus 5 by clicking the home button while running force feedback in the app.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project
  2. Open the Untitled map
  3. Launch onto an android device (tested with Nexus 5)
  4. Open app
  5. Click the home button (to force the app to the background)

Result: The device will continue to vibrate from the force feedback
Expected: The Force Feedback would pause while the app is not focused by the device
