Setting the text on a comment box creates two Rename Node transactions in the Undo History

This issue occurs when setting the comment text of a comment in any graph (blueprint, material, control rig, anim bp). Also occurs when initially creating the comment and setting the Comment Text. This issue does not occur when a user creates a comment, but does not set the Comment text.

This is not a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a project
  2. Open the level blueprint
  3. Create a Comment
  4. Double click the text on the comment box
  5. Enter "Testing Comment Undo"
  6. Ctrl+Z

Result: Nothing happens

Expected Result: The node's Comment Text should get set to "Comment"
